Fran Lagocki

Fran Lagocki is an experienced educator with a robust background in teaching and instructional coaching. Currently serving as an ESOL Resource Teacher at Flagler Schools since August 2020, Fran collaborates with administrators and school personnel to manage documentation and student records. Prior to this role, Fran worked as an Instructional Coach at Flagler County Schools, facilitating professional learning communities and supporting teachers. Experience also includes serving as a Literacy Interventionist at Matanzas High School, where Fran taught Intensive Reading and English. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a Customer Service Supervisor at AOL. Fran holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master of Education in Reading Education from the University of West Florida.
