Tony Coates

Tony Coates has extensive experience in various roles within both educational and governmental settings. Currently serving as a Personnel Specialist for Flagler County School District since December 2019, previous positions include work in public works for the City of Palm Coast and as a maintenance worker with the Castillo De San Marcos National Park Service. Additionally, time was spent monitoring high-risk students at Buddy Taylor Middle School. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Tony held multiple significant positions, including Radio Chief and OSHA Safety Officer, and contributed as a Communication Instructor. Tony holds an Associate of Arts degree from Central Texas College and has furthered education at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
