Liam Conner has a wealth of experience in the information technology field. Liam began their career in 2016 as an Information Technology Administrator at Superior Tile & Stone, where they were responsible for resolving Tier 1 and 2 technical issues, troubleshooting Windows 7-10 and application issues, troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2010-2019/Microsoft 365 issues, Active Directory account management, and configuring and maintaining Active Directory, Exchange, and File servers. In 2019, they moved to Rialto Porcelanato as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, where they created and managed new and current relationships with Vendors and Distributors, maintained and managed client relationships, and prepared weekly and monthly reports. In 2020, they returned to Superior Tile & Stone as an Information Technology Consultant, where they were responsible for troubleshooting Windows 7-10 and application issues, troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues, Active Directory management, identifying network and server related issues, troubleshooting user web application issues, making custom built PC’s for specified users per Company orders, configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Currently, they are a System Engineer at Flagler Technologies.

Liam Conner attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory from 2011 to 2014 and City College of San Francisco from 2014 to 2016, studying Computer Science.
