Robert McGivney

CEO at Flagship Bank Florida

Bob McGivney has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bob started their career as President/CEO at Madison Bank, and after the bank was acquired by Whitney Bank, they left in September 2005. Bob then went on to hold various positions, including Director at the Florida Bankers Association and Trustee at Morton Plant Mease Healthcare. In 2007, they became Chairman/CEO at Jefferson Bank of Florida and served in this role until October 2019. During this time, they also worked as an Independent Bank Investor. In 2018, they briefly served as Community President Pinellas County at CenterState Bank. Bob later joined Flagship Bank as the CEO in October 2019 and is currently working in that position. Additionally, they have held positions such as Vice Chairman & CEO at West Florida Bank Corporation and Member at Copperhead Charities, Inc.

Bob McGivney attended St. Mary's University until 1971 and then transferred to Southern Methodist University, where they completed their education in 1977.
