Ian Peshel

Ian Peshel, CEM, MSE, currently serves as the Senior National Account Director at Flagship Facility Services, Inc. Since July 2023, Ian has managed the Mercedes Benz USA account, overseeing the operation of over 10 million square feet of facilities while advancing the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. Previously, Ian spent eight years at City Furniture, ultimately as Vice President of Facilities, leading strategic initiatives toward achieving a 2040 Carbon Neutral Goal. Ian's earlier roles include Facilities and Engineering Manager at City Furniture and Energy Solutions Performance Engineer at Johnson Controls, where Ian focused on energy conservation and performance contracting. Ian holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
