Jonathan Seymour

Jonathan Seymour is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Assistant Operations Manager at Flagship Facility Services, Inc., where responsibilities include managing culinary operations for the central region data center fleet at Meta since October 2018. Prior to this role, Jonathan held positions such as Senior Sous Chef/Data Center Chef at the Facebook Data Center in New Albany, OH, and Executive Sous Chef at Society 1854. As chef/owner of the restaurant muse, Jonathan specializes in Korean and Japanese flavors while also providing private catering functions and utilizing local products. Previous culinary experience includes Head Chef at V. Mertz Restaurant and Winebar, Chef Tournant/Lead at Jack Binion's, and Sous Chef at Spencer's for Steaks and Chops. Jonathan holds an A.A.S. degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Metropolitan Community College.
