Lisa Henderson

Lisa Henderson has extensive experience in customer service, currently employed at Viking Supplynet since October 2011, where responsibilities include processing orders, handling quotations, and managing returns and credits, while collaborating with various departments to meet customer needs. Prior to this role, Lisa served as a Customer Service Representative at McElroy Metal from December 2001 to November 2010, managing customer interactions across four states, tracking orders, handling claims, supporting the sales team, and training new employees. Lisa holds an Associate’s Degree in Art/Art Studies from Phoenix College, completed between 2012 and 2014.
