Pat O’Keefe

Patrick O’Keefe currently serves as President of Flagship Distribution at Flagship Logistics’ 600,000 sq. ft. Indianapolis, Indiana warehouse originally known as Sataria Distribution and Packaging. He joined Sataria D&P in 2007 and soon thereafter Creo Capital Partners via Sataria’s acquisition in September of 2008.

Pat has over 40 years of experience in large-scale distribution and warehousing beginning his logistics career in the Boston area spending 12 years with Marshalls/TJMaxx. Transferring his young family to Carmel, Indiana in 1991, Pat has held senior executive logistics positions with Simon & Schuster, Solo Cup, and the past 13 years with Flagship Logistics.

Over the years, Pat’s primary and consistent focus has been operational excellence and profitability improvement. This drive for continuous improvement led to numerous initiatives such as designing efficient warehouses, installing major material handling systems, implementing Warehouse Management Systems, time studied labor standards, and generally improving overall labor-management relations.

Pat holds an Associates's Degree in Humanities, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. He holds a certification in Plant Layout and Design from the Maynard Research Group and is a past President of the Indianapolis chapter of Warehouse Education and Resource Council.
