Marie-Claire Delbrouque is the managing director of Suffolk Housing at Flagship Group. Marie-Claire has previously worked as the managing director of Samphire Homes, as well as the director of housing and customer insight at Flagship Group. In their current role, they are responsible for the strategic management of Housing Operations, delivering an annual turnover in excess of £110 million. As a key member of the Operations Board of Directors, they are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Group and scrutinising the operational performance to identify opportunities for improvements and business growth. Within this capacity, they Maximise performance to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and value for money whilst overseeing the strategic direction and operational performance of the customer operations group, housing services and the call centre. Marie-Claire also supports, educates and develops a diverse team of over 180 employees over multiple locations whilst setting and managing an annual budget of £40 million. During this time, they are tasked with creating an environment of continuous improvement using measures to understand and improve the business. Furthermore, they play a key role in fostering strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring that all organisational objectives are met and achieved.

They work with Tony Tann - Managing Director of Flagship Developments, Sam Greenacre - Managing Director of Newtide Homes, and Ed Marcus - Director of Legal and Governance. Marie-Claire Delbrouque reports to David Mcquade, Chief Executive.
