Gerald Quattlebaum

Gerald Quattlebaum currently serves as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions at Flagship Healthcare Properties, a position held since January 2018 after previously serving as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Gerald Quattlebaum worked at Lendlease for nearly two decades, where the role of Vice President - Development & Leasing was fulfilled. Gerald Quattlebaum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University, obtained between 1988 and 1990.
