Matt Rasband

Matt Rasband currently serves as Division President and Vice President of Operations at Flagship Homes Utah, overseeing departmental operations and managing teams across various functions, including superintendents and warranty specialists. With a rich career that includes roles such as Purchasing Implementation Manager—where Matt successfully implemented a new software system—Co-Founder of a construction company overseeing the construction of over 300 homes, and Partner at Solitude Construction, Matt has consistently demonstrated expertise in business development and customer service. Additionally, Matt lectures at Washington State University’s Carson School of Business and has a strong educational background with an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Business Administration.
