D'ondria Maxwell, PMP, currently serves as the Director of IT Project and Portfolio Management at Flagship Pioneering, following a tenure as Associate Director and G&A IT Project Manager. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager, IT Business Partner at Spero Therapeutics and Program Manager in the IT PMO at Parexel, where D'ondria led a key corporate transformation project. D'ondria's career also features significant positions at TESARO, Inc., Harvard Business School Executive Education, Harvard University, Boston College, Verizon, Nokia, and IBM, demonstrating expertise in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation across diverse sectors.
