Lily Katz

Lily Katz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, business operations, and growth leadership. Currently serving as Director of Growth at Flagship Pioneering since November 2024, Lily previously held roles at Helix, where responsibilities included Senior Manager and Manager of Strategy & Business Operations from March 2021 to November 2024. Prior to Helix, Lily worked at Putnam Associates as a Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant, beginning in September 2017. Academic foundations include a Bachelor of Science in Material Science and Engineering from Stanford University and an Associate of Arts from Bard High School Early College. Early career experiences include research and coaching positions at notable institutions such as Stanford University, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and various yacht clubs.
