Rasheed Tijani

Rasheed Tijani is an accomplished biotechnology professional with extensive experience in CMC leadership and gene therapy. Currently serving as Director CMC Lead at both Pioneering Medicines and Flagship Pioneering since September 2022, Tijani previously held the position of Global Program Lead for AAV gene therapy at Aruvant from April 2021 to August 2022. Prior roles include Associate Director Gene Therapy CMC Project Manager at Sarepta Therapeutics, Co-Founder and investor at H2biologics, and senior scientist at Momenta Pharmaceuticals, among others. Tijani has a strong background in process development, project management, and strategic planning, supported by a Master's degree in Microbiology from the University of Lagos and a graduate certificate in Biotechnology from McGill University.
