Jonathan Hines

Jonathan Hines brings over a decade worth of experience working in the strategic planning and healthcare industries.

At Flagship Rehabilitation, Jonathan served as a regional office manager/staff coordinator where he interpreted rules and regulations concerning the legal entitlements of healthcare benefits. He also coordinated communications and staff trainings on policy, procedures and legal requirements. Jonathan previously worked in the field as a rehab technician, assisting clients with their progress and individual/team treatment goals. He got his start as an activity coordinator with the Baltimore County Parks and Recreation Department where he supervised and mentored staff of all ages and oversaw the department’s communications networking. Jonathan is a graduate of Morgan State University with his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education.
