Currently serving as President & CEO at Flagship Specialty Partners since September 2023, Lockwood previously held similar positions at Specialty Smile Partners, Westone Laboratories, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, and Tech For Less, Inc. A brief return to McKinsey & Company as Associate Principal occurred between operating roles. Early in the career, Lockwood contributed to The United States Playing Card Company, ascending through roles from Vice President Operations to President & Chief Executive Officer. Lockwood holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Chemistry from Harvard University.
