Sara Germano

Sara Germano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sara is currently the Director of Operations at Flagstaff Academy Charter School since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Projects Manager at TenSquare, LLC from 2022 to 2023. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Project Manager at Clayton Early Learning and from 2020 to 2021, they worked as a People Systems Specialist at the same organization. Sara also has experience as an Education Pioneers Impact Fellow at Education Pioneers from 2020 to 2021. Previously, they were a Site Director at Scholars Unlimited from 2019 to 2020. Sara also has experience as a Program Manager at Leading Educators from 2015 to 2016. Sara began their career as an Attorney in the private sector from 2010 to 2015 and also worked as a Volunteer Retention Coordinator at By The Hand Club For Kids from 2014 to 2015. Sara started their professional journey as a Recruitment Fellow at Teach For America from 2005 to 2006.

Sara Germano holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Sara also earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
