Adam Feit

Adam Feit currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Specialized Industries Banking & Capital Markets at Flagstar Bank, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Adam was with U.S. Bank (formerly MUFG Union Bank) from October 2016 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing the Financial Sponsors, Corporate Advisory, Technology, Healthcare, and Life Science sectors. Adam's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director and Market President for the Los Angeles Region at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2003 to 2016, along with a role as Senior Vice President. Adam also worked as a Management Consultant at The Alcar Group from 2001 to 2003. Adam holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
