Donald J Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Donald J started their career as an Assistant Treasurer at UBAF Arab American Bank in 1985 before moving on to become an Assistant Vice President at Union Bank of Switzerland in 1988. In 1997, they joined Erste Financial Services as a Director, where they oversaw money market and foreign exchange transactions worth billions of dollars. During their tenure, they achieved significant cost reductions, implemented automation, and managed intraday funding across multiple accounts. In 2018, Donald worked as a Bank Operations Specialist/Consultant at iSoftware4Banks, Inc. before moving on to their most recent role as the Vice President- Wire Transfer & SWIFT Manager at New York Community Bank (NYCB) in 2019. In this position, they are responsible for managing wire transfer operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering efficient and accurate transaction processing.
