Jolanda Mehler is a seasoned professional in benefits and human resources with extensive experience managing employee benefit plans and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Currently serving as Team Leader in Benefits and Total Rewards at Flagstar Bank since May 2022, Jolanda oversees benefit plan design and administration.
