Julia Monteagudo

Julia Monteagudo is a seasoned professional in HR technology and regulatory reporting, with a career spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently serving as Associate Director for Regulatory Reporting Technology & Data at Flagstar Bank since January 2023, Julia previously held the position of Manager for HR Technology Platforms at both Flagstar Bank and Signature Bank following the acquisition of Signature Bank in March 2023. Julia has experience as Director of People Tech at Mizuho, where the focus was on implementing Workday across the organization. At The New York Times, Julia spent over five years managing Workday HRIS Operations and contributing to onboarding processes through mergers and acquisitions. Julia's career began at Apple, where various roles included Genius and Training Facilitator, alongside intern positions at Related and Ford Models. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University.
