Kelly Anderson

Kelly Anderson has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and HRIS management. Kelly worked as the Corporate Compensation Operations Manager - Vice President at New York Community Bank (NYCB), where they developed and implemented compensation programs and policies. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Compensation & HRIS at Verisk Analytics - ISO, where they were responsible for advising on compensation matters for the organization. Kelly also has experience as a Training Project Leader at Astoria Federal Savings, where they designed and conducted training programs and managed projects related to mergers and acquisitions.

Kelly Anderson has a BA in Psychology from St. John's University. They also hold an MA in Organizational Psychology and an M.ED in Instructional Technology & Media from Teachers College, Columbia University.
