Kyle Lohbeck

Kyle Lohbeck is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate syndications. Currently, as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Syndications at Flagstar Bank since June 2021, Kyle has achieved remarkable growth in the portfolio, increasing total deal volume from $260 million to over $2 billion, representing a 700% increase. Previously, as VP and Head of CRE Syndications at Wintrust Financial Corporation from January 2018 to June 2021, Kyle grew the portfolio from $700 million to $2.2 billion. Earlier roles include AVP and Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate at U.S. Bank, and a Relationship Manager in Real Estate Banking at PNC, where a comprehensive two-year credit training program was completed. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
