Mike Esposito

Mike Esposito has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Brand Sales at Flagstone Foods starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Freudenberg Household Products for seven years, where they held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales for the US, Canada, and Retail Customer Service. During their tenure, they led a team of 28 and oversaw various departments, including marketing and customer service. Before joining Freudenberg, Mike worked at ConAgra Foods as a Shopper Marketing Manager and at Sara Lee as an Assistant Brand Manager and Shopper Marketing Manager. Additionally, they held account director positions at Collaborative Marketing Group, Aspen Marketing Services, and The Marketing Store. Mike began their career as a summer intern at The Walt Disney Company in 1996.

Mike Esposito holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Augustana College. Mike later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, they obtained certification in "Complete Skilled Negotiator Training" from The Gap Partnership in 2019.
