Ashley Hale, SHRM-CP

Ashley Hale, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashley currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC since February 2022. Prior to this, Ashley served as the Human Resources Director at Moses Auto Group from October 2017 to February 2022, where they developed the complete HR function, managed benefits and leave, and handled workers' compensation administration. Before that, they worked at The Cliffs from January 2017 to October 2017 as the Talent and Employee Relations Manager, where they provided advice on personnel practices, led recruiting initiatives, and coordinated new hire orientation. Ashley also served as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter at The Cliffs from June 2016 to January 2017 and from February 2014 to June 2016, respectively. Ashley began their career at Ob Hospitalist Group in September 2011, where they held the positions of Physician Privileging Specialist/Traveling Recruiter and Credentialing Coordinator. Lastly, Ashley worked at Bob Jones University as a Distance Learning Registration Assistant from June 2008 to January 2011, where they processed course applications, managed phone lines, and provided course selection assistance.

Ashley Hale, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling from Bob Jones University. Ashley has also obtained an HR Generalist Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Greenville Technical College.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Ashley has acquired several certifications. Ashley completed the Work@Health Employer Training Program offered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in December 2020. In January 2016, they obtained a Career Coach Certification from the International Association of Professions Career College. Furthermore, Ashley holds an Adult Mental Health First Aid USA certification, which they obtained from the National Council for Behavioral Health in October 2020. Lastly, Ashley is a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), having earned this certification from SHRM in June 2016.
