Evgenii Pavlov

Evgenii Pavlov has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Evgenii is the CEO and founder of Flair since 2019. Evgenii has also worked as a Founding Investor at Hutte starting from 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Shore GmbH from 2016 to 2019, where they held various positions including Director Backend Development, Lead Architect Backend, and Senior Ruby on Rails Developer. At 7 Pikes, Inc. from 2012 to 2016, they served as CIO, Project Manager, and Ruby on Rails Developer. Earlier in their career, they worked at OJSC Yaroslavlteleset as Head of R&D Department and Deputy Head of IT Department, and at A-Vision, LLC as a Ruby on Rails Developer. Evgenii also worked as an Engineer at Yaroslavl Demidov State University.

Evgenii Pavlov attended Yaroslavl Demidov State University from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Specialist degree in Radiophysics/Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Evgenii then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the same university, specializing in Image Processing, Information Technology, and Computer Science from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they also studied at the Yaroslavl Regional Cisco Networking Academy from 2007 to 2008, focusing on CCNA.
