Raymond Reinhard

Vice President of DoD and Air Force Business at Flairsoft

Raymond Reinhard has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Raymond'smost recent position was as the Technology Coordinator at Calvary Christian School, where they have been working since 2014. Prior to this, Raymond served as a Board of Directors Member for the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA starting in 2011. Raymond also held the position of Vice President of DoD and Air Force Business at Flairsoft from 2010 onwards.

Before Flairsoft, Raymond worked at Flairsoft Ltd as the Vice President of the Federal Services Division from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they managed various projects and spearheaded the Business Development program, successfully increasing annual revenue to $5 million with a $12 million backlog.

Raymond also served as the Treasurer for AFCEA in 2009. Prior to that, they held the role of Regional Ops Manager at ATSC from 2000 to 2009, and Regional Ops Manager at Advanced Technology Systems from 2005 to 2008.

Raymond'searliest work experience includes a long-term tenure at AFRL, where they held the position of Deputy CIO from 1990 to 1999. In this role, they managed the Information support and IT Systems support program and policy for the Air Force Research Lab and led the launch of the Enterprise Business System (EBS) requirements gathering effort.

Raymond Reinhard completed their education in a variety of institutions and fields of study. Raymond obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Ohio Northern University between 1965 and 1969. Following this, they pursued graduate studies in Computer Science at Wright State University in 1975. In 1974, Raymond Reinhard completed graduate studies in Laser/Atmospherics at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. In 1991, they acquired a certificate in Leadership from Carnegie Mellon University. Lastly, in 1994, they obtained a certificate in Information Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
