Shawn Mierau is an experienced sales and management professional with a diverse background in agriculture, automotive, and finance sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Flaman Group of Companies since July 2020, Shawn leads a team focused on driving ag/trailer sales and team development. As Principal Owner of Triple Nine Professional Sales and Management Consulting since 2017, Shawn provides expertise in leadership principles, operational communications, and sales processes to small business owners. Previous roles include Director of Fleet and Lease at Davis Automotive Group, Business Development Manager at ATB Financial, and various positions at Harley-Davidson, where Shawn led dealer channel operations and sales training. Shawn holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Sales from the University of Saskatchewan.
