Epernay Kyles

Epernay Kyles serves as the Director of Training and Facilitation and Family Engagement Facilitator at Flamboyan Foundation since April 2016, specializing in professional development and teacher training in Washington, D.C. Additionally, Epernay is involved with both the Excel Academy and Garrison Elementary Family Engagement Leadership Teams while also mentoring and instructing at Moreland University since November 2016. Prior experience includes serving as an Early Childhood Teacher and Curriculum Designer with the District of Columbia Public Schools from August 2014 to June 2022, where notable contributions included fellowships focused on curricular innovation and social studies design. Epernay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Education from TEACH-NOW Graduate School of Education.
