Caroline Simkins - CIPD, MA is currently serving as the People Director for Flamingo Horticulture, overseeing the UK operations and leading the People function for Flamingo Produce & Group Functions. With a background in HR Business Partner roles at Tesco, Caroline has experience in developing and driving the people agenda for large teams.
