Richard Baker

Richard Baker has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Richard is currently the Group IT Director at Flamingo Horticulture. Prior to this, Richard held various roles at Dreams, including Director of IT and Head of IT, where they oversaw strategic ICT management, directed IT services across multiple locations, and delivered important projects such as the EPOS project and migration to Office 365. Before their time at Dreams, Richard served as the Director of IT & Communications at Furniture Village, where they outlined IT strategies and offered reliable IT services. Richard also held the role of Group IT Controller and Group IT Manager, where they facilitated the transition of the retail market, improved the supply chain, and deployed various IT systems. Earlier in their career, Richard worked as a Systems Consultant at Creative Computing Solutions Limited, and as an Assistant Accountant at Rodd Engineering. Richard began their career as an Articled Clerk at Everett Group.

Richard Baker's education history begins with their attendance at Wellingborough Public School from 1977 to 1982. Richard then went on to attend Burnham Grammar School from 1982 to 1986.
