Bård Berntsen

Bård Berntsen is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in guiding technology strategies and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Deputy VP IT and Director of Delivery & Operations at Kubota Holdings Europe since January 2023, Bård focuses on building a unified IT organization and standardizing processes within Kubota and Kverneland Group. Prior to this role, Bård has held multiple positions at Kverneland Group, including Director Group IT, where responsibilities included developing IT strategy, leading system upgrades, and enhancing security measures. With a solid background in project management and IT governance, Bård has been instrumental in numerous SAP implementations and optimization projects. Bård holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s in Project Management from BI Norwegian Business School, as well as an IT qualification from NKI Datahøgskolen. Additionally, Bård has served on various boards, demonstrating ongoing leadership and commitment to organizational success.
