Dr. Hilde Engelen

Dr. Hilde Engelen currently serves as the Academy Program Lead at Flanders Make, overseeing the development and operation of the Academy since April 2024. Previously, Dr. Engelen held the position of Event Manager at DIE FAMILIENUNTERNEHMER, where strategic events on business and current affairs were designed and executed. Additional experience includes serving as People Team Manager at CSR Europe, and Manager of the Hidden Champions Institute at ESMT Berlin, where strategic development and program management were key responsibilities. Dr. Engelen's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Geneva Graduate Institute and has been involved in teaching languages at various educational institutions.
