Hillary Droste

Hillary Droste, PHR has over 13 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Hillary currently holds the position of HR Director - Domestic at FLANDERS, where they have been since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the HR Manager - Midwest at FLANDERS from August 2021 to March 2022. Before joining FLANDERS, Hillary worked as a Human Resources Manager at Stella Jones Corporation from July 2019 to August 2021. Hillary also held various roles at Endress+Hauser (USA) Automation Instrumentation, including Human Resources Business Partner from April 2018 to July 2019, and Human Resources Generalist from January 2012 to April 2018. Their first role in the field of HR was as a Human Resources Assistant at Endress+Hauser Flowtec from February 2009 to January 2012. Throughout their career, Hillary has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, support and development, as well as implementing performance management systems and providing guidance and coaching to employees and managers.

Hillary Droste, PHR, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Indiana State University - Scott College of Business from 2005 to 2008. Their field of study included Marketing, Insurance & Risk Management, and Management Information Systems.
