Shawn Rea

Shawn Rea is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering with extensive experience in product engineering and management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Engineering and Program Manager for Excavators at FLANDERS since January 2012, Shawn has significantly contributed to enhancing engineering processes. Prior to this, Shawn worked at Peabody Energy from May 2005 to January 2012 as an Electrical Engineer, focusing on power systems and distribution, including responsibilities for 69kV systems and future power line planning. Shawn's early career includes an engineering internship at Black Hills Corporation, where participation in the overhaul of power plant turbines and installation of electrical equipment was notable. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota Mines, earned in 2005.
