Cecilia Ventura has been working in the customer service field since 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Estudio Jurídico Baonza & González, where they provided administrative-legal assistance in Civil, Criminal, and Administrative law and issued legal appeals. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Student Customer Service and Administrative Assistant at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they coordinated UAM's attendance to International Education Opportunities Exhibition (AULA), mentored and advised students, and prepared and distributed promotional materials. From 2018 to 2022, they were a Customer Support Advisor - Tier 1 Tech at SELLBYTEL Group Spain, where they provided technical support for phones, tablets, computers, and smart watches, and performed problem solving. Cecilia is currently a Customer Support Specialist at Flanks and a Customer Support Agent at Buo - Social Commerce.
Cecilia Ventura obtained a Grado en Derecho from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid between 2012 and 2018. Cecilia then completed a Data Protection and E-Commerce specialization from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2021. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: a Curso de Seguridad en dispositivos móviles from CCN-CERT Centro Criptológico Nacional in 2022, a Curso Básico de Ciberseguridad from CCN-CERT Centro Criptológico Nacional in 2021, and a Productividad personal en la era digital from Google Actívate in 2018.
