Varsha Rao

Varsha Rao is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO at Zeal since January 2023, Varsha also holds the position of Executive Partner at Flare Capital Partners and serves on the Board of Directors at Callaway Golf. Prior experience includes significant roles at ViaSat Inc., where Varsha was Chair of the Compensation Committee, and as CEO at Nurx, which was acquired by Thirty Madison. Varsha's earlier career includes key positions at Sequoia Capital, Clover Health, Airbnb, LivingSocial, and SingTel Digital Media, demonstrating expertise in operations, international growth, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Varsha holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, and a BA in Math from the University of Pennsylvania.
