Sherry Bernabe-Panopio

Sherry Bernabe-Panopio is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Flash Express since June 2021, Sherry previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at amaysim from July 2017 to June 2021. Sherry's career began at DivinaLaw as a Senior Associate Lawyer (March 2014 - July 2017), where responsibilities included leading a team of lawyers and acting as general counsel for various international corporations across multiple industries. Earlier experience as an Associate Lawyer at Divina & Uy Law Offices involved handling a range of corporate, litigation, labor, arbitration, and taxation cases. Sherry holds a Master of Laws in International Business Law from the University of Essex, a Doctor of Law from the University of Santo Tomas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of the Philippines.
