Breno Melo Paes is an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in leading product development and migration initiatives across various companies. At Flash since August 2022, Breno leads a Squad focused on integrating corporate expense services into web and mobile platforms, managing migration processes and stakeholder alignment. Prior experience includes serving as Product Manager at Ame Digital, where Breno oversaw a portfolio of services for a Super App, and as Product Owner for the Ame Shopping and iFood Card squads. Breno founded Borajogá!, developing the business model and achieving significant user growth and satisfaction increases. Additionally, Breno coordinated the product portfolio at Sebrae-SP, enhancing delivery efficiency and customer engagement, and also contributed as a Training & Development Consultant within the organization. Breno holds multiple postgraduate degrees in business and psychology, along with a certification in Digital Business Management from Digital House Brasil.
