David Nicholls has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. David is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FlashFomo, a social commerce platform that supports global influencers. David conceptualized and developed the platform, secured integration with YouTube, and built a strong network of influencers and investors.

David also served as the Group General Manager for Disruption at Asahi Beverages, where they formulated new ventures and identified future opportunities and risks to the business model. David oversaw all aspects of the disruption ecosystem strategy and devised performance marketing success criteria.

As the CEO of WebTVAsia in Australia, David championed the best creators and content across borders, leading to significant monthly views and subscribers. David implemented a quality CRM and revenue tracking system and developed launch strategies to navigate complexities in revenue models.

At Brave Bison, a media and technology company, David played a crucial role in developing and delivering the APAC strategy. David ensured profitability within six months and managed P&L with a focus on production, creative, and sales functions.

David was the first employee in the South East Asia Headquarters for Big Mobile, where they served as the Regional Sales Manager. David was responsible for making mobile marketing easy and delivering smart and engaging mobile advertising campaigns.

Prior to that, David worked as a Regional Sales Manager for AD2ONE UK, where they had access to exclusive inventory and delivered high impact digital media campaigns.

David started their career as a Sales Consultant at Buxton Real Estate Group.

David Nicholls attended Xavier College from 1998 to 2005, where they studied Japanese, Literature, English, Politics, Geography, and Texts and Traditions. In 2006, they enrolled at Monash University and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Behavioural Studies and Criminology from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, in 2009, they obtained an Agent's Representative Certificate from the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
