Jasmine Nicholls (nee Lee) has over 9 years of experience in the advertising industry, working for multinationals IPG, WPP, and Dentsu Aegis, as well as running their own freelance business. Jasmine has held various roles in project management, client servicing, and account management, with a focus on branded content, digital media, and activations.

In 2010, Jasmine started their career at UM Worldwide as a Digital Account Executive before moving on to the role of Digital Trader. Jasmine then became a Digital Manager & Strategist at UM Melbourne in 2012.

From 2013 to 2015, Jasmine worked at Mindshare, first as a Digital Account Manager, then as a Social Media Specialist, and finally as a Senior Account Manager. During their time there, they managed branded content and activation projects for clients such as Unilever, Ferrero, Nestle, and HSBC.

In 2015, Jasmine joined Dentsu Aegis- The Story Lab as a Senior Account Manager, where they managed branded content across multiple platforms and developed integrated content solutions for clients including Australia Post, StarTrack, and BMW.

In 2017, they worked at Converzion as a Client Experience & Project Lead, where they provided strategic consulting and managed cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

From 2017 to 2019, Jasmine worked as a Project Manager/Branded Content & Digital Media Specialist at JFSAG, both as a freelancer and as a co-founder of Bliss Retreats.

In 2019, they founded FlashFomo, a social commerce platform for influencers and celebrities to create and sell personally branded products. Jasmine was responsible for building the e-commerce platform, managing relationships with agencies and talent, and developing the strategic direction of the company.

Currently, Jasmine is the Founder of Super Kids Cuts, a platform that provides haircut services at childcare centers. The platform connects childcare centers and hairdressers to offer this convenient service to parents.

Throughout their career, Jasmine has received several accolades and participated in various startup programs, including being a Microsoft for Startups Company and winner of the APAC Startup Grind 2019.

Jasmine Nicholls (nee Lee) has a diverse education history. Jasmine attended La Trobe University from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Box Hill Institute from 2007 to 2008 and completed an Associate degree in fashion technology, focusing on Production, Design, Professional Practice, and Technology. Jasmine's earlier education took place at Genazzano FCJ College from 2000 to 2005, where they completed their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education).

In terms of additional certifications, in January 2020, Jasmine obtained a certification named "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn. In May 2016, they also earned the "YouTube Certified" certification from YouTube.
