Position: Junior Executive Assistant
In this role, your responsibilities include providing administrative support to executive-level staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. The Jr. Executive Assistant is expected to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Provides wide range of complex office administration and support
Serves as principal administrative contact and liaison with all employees/guest and external contacts.
Places and picks up orders for various needs
Answers and routes phone calls, mail and e-mail messages and may handle wide-range information dissemination.
Maintains calendar, sets conference calls, confirms travel and all administrative functions
Ability to effectively anticipate needs
Contributes to unit effort by accomplishing related duties as required.
Requirements:
2 plus years previous experience as Administrative Assistant
Tech savvy with Apple/Mac computers, internet search and phones
Strong professional, verbal and written communication skills
Strong Service-oriented mindset
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask
High level of attention to detail while performing a variety of different administrative tasks as needed
Clear, effective communicator verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Must have a satisfactory driving record, as the position requires driving to handle requested errands
