**Position: Digital Marketing Specialist**
**Sales Agent**
The Digital Marketing Specialist primarily will use various marketing platforms to improve efficiency, generate leads, and create more revenue for the company. This will mainly be done through creating email campaigns and automations, however, the Digital Marketing Specialist will also work with other team members to ensure that all marketing-related tasks are being handled effectively. The ideal candidate should have proven success building and managing a variety of email campaigns and automations for multiple projects.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Full ownership of email campaigns: write, execute, and schedule daily email marketing campaigns using HubSpot software
Coordinate with Copywriters to ensure that all campaigns are written in advance
Provide quality assurance for outgoing email campaigns for the proper voice, image choice, segmentation, etc.
Monitor, track, and report on all marketing campaign performance
Provide analysis and new ideas and testing options
Work closely with creative team to develop and test new ideas for campaigns
Build all necessary automations for every campaign using HubSpot and Zapier
Building post purchase communication flows, lead distribution flows to our sales team, instant integrations between platforms
Write, and schedule SMS and push notification campaigns using using various platforms
Continuously work to grow and define our database of 3,000,000+ contacts
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
Experience, Competencies and Education:
BA in Marketing or Sales Management or related field preferred
Proven experience (3+ years) in email marketing and automation using the Hubspot interface
Minimum 2 years in building and deploying SMS and push notification campaigns
Experience in Shopify, HubSpot, Zapier, and/or clickfunnels desired but not required
A deep understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting
Familiarity of CAN-SPAM laws preferred
Ability to handle shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple projects at once
In-depth knowledge of email campaign best practices to maintain and improve email deliverability
Strong writing skills with attention to detail
Highly collaborative and interested in working in multiple areas
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Highly motivated to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to perform well under pressure
Very strong analytical skills
