Amy Savage

Amy Savage is a seasoned leadership consultant and account manager at FlashPoint Leadership Consulting, where creative solutions in leadership development and team effectiveness are crafted for clients since February 2020. In addition, Amy serves as a Certified 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™ Facilitator and Coach at LeaderFactor. Prior to these roles, Amy founded Fine Points Leadership Development in 2004, focusing on strong relationships and customer service until February 2020, and began a career in leadership development at Tom Peters Company from 2000 to 2004 as a customer service representative, gaining early exposure to key leadership methodologies. Amy holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati.
