Stephen Polakoff is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Partner and General Counsel at Flashpoint Venture Capital since February 2021, Polakoff also advises Peddler.com as a Non-Executive Advisor, focusing on legal, financial, and strategic issues. Prior to these roles, Polakoff was an Independent Consultant providing general counsel services to high net worth individuals and corporations from September 2016 to December 2020.
