Stacey Fatica

Stacey Fatica has a diverse and extensive work experience in design and leadership roles. Stacey has most recently served as the Senior Director of Product Design at Flashpoint. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Design at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they played a crucial role in developing a best-in-class design process and strategy. Stacey has also worked as a Senior Lead Experience Designer at Hilton, Director of Design at Arcadia Power, and Director of Design at Tenable Network Security. Stacey'sexperience at Tenable included managing a creative team, implementing brand guidelines, and driving creative direction. Before that, they worked as a Senior Designer at MedStar Health and Designer at David Edward. Early in their career, Stacey began as a Graphic Designer at Baltimore City Paper and worked as a Freelance Designer at SLK Design. Throughout their various roles, Stacey has consistently demonstrated their ability to effectively communicate UX and business goals, recruit and nurture talent, and deliver high-quality design work.

Stacey Fatica attended Columbus College of Art & Design from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Advertising & Graphic Design. In 2015, they enrolled in the AIGA Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders program at Yale School of Management. Stacey also pursued Front End Web Development at Betamore Academy.
