Dani Solana is the Chief Design Officer at Flat 101, where they lead a diverse team specializing in Behavioral Design and Behavioral Research. With extensive experience in digital design, Dani has held positions such as Senior Art Director at Grey Group Spain and Product Designer at BBVA. They are also the founder of The Behavioral School, aimed at empowering professionals in design and marketing through the principles of Behavioral design. Dani studied Humanities at Universidad de Alcalá, graduating in 2004.
