Jerry Stewart

Jerry Stewart has extensive experience in renovation and construction lending, currently serving in a role at Flat Branch Home Loans since April 2024. Prior positions include Director of Renovation Lending at Stockton Mortgage and Union Home Mortgage Corp., and Director of Construction and Renovation Lending at AmeriFirst Home Mortgage. Earlier in the career, Jerry held various roles focusing on renovation loans at Security National Mortgage, Evolve Bank and Trust, Envoy Mortgage, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Jerry's educational background includes a degree in Real Estate Sales from Wright State University and attendance at Hondros College. In addition to practical experience, Jerry has contributed to the industry as a continuing education instructor.
