Pavla Juza

Pavla Juza possesses extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Flat Iron since February 2018, following previous roles as Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Waiter within the same establishment. Prior to Flat Iron, Pavla held the position of General Manager at Shoryu Ramen from June 2015 to February 2018, along with roles as Assistant Manager and Supervisor. Additional experience includes serving as a Waitress at COFFEESHOP COMPANY and working as a Croupier at Kajot Casino. Pavla holds a degree from the Faculty of Business and Economics at Mendel University in Brno, completed between 2011 and 2013.
