Nicholas Polce has extensive experience in the construction industry, holding multiple leadership positions such as Vice President of the Central Division and Vice President of Preconstruction Services for Flatiron Construction, as well as Director of Estimating. Prior roles include Senior Estimator at Interstate Highway Construction, Inc., Director of Construction and Estimating at Aero Solutions LLC., and Project Manager at American Civil Constructors, Inc. Nicholas Polce earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
